Sorry to destroy your idea, but besides you can't ever produce petrol just out of alkohol since it needs butane, cerosin/petroleum- aka "oil" wouldn't be so weird since no exact discription what it's made of:
Why should rum, depending on which kind probably the most strongest drink (up to 80%) only give 5 petrol, and bourbon which is just american whiskey give 2 times more of petrol than whiskey?! And at last Vodka also givng way more than Whiskey and even bourbon even if they are exactly equal on alkohol contend? That doesn't make sense at all.
I'd just change it for every strong drink to give 5 petrol.

Make it take a bottle of vodka and 1 cloth, then it's more accurate.
They can be made of anything which is burning liqued, therefore gasoline is originally correct.
Back in the WW2 the france resisstance and else indeed used fuel and petrol.
