You're missing the entire structure with the diving boards, etc. which is weird because my settlement uses that, too. Do you have another settlement mod or something that changes the Slog?
This is the second blueprint I've downloaded from you--the other being Red Rocket - Nuka World. You utilize the space so well in your builds without scraping off the whole basic concept, so most of them are still recognizable in the game, just very comfortable and functional. I don't use all the mods you do--I usually take every blueprint file I use (even my own) and run it through the Transfer Settlements Blueprint Manager a couple times before import to clear out the items I don't need/want, a practice I highly recommend to anyone who uses Transfer Settlements, as it recalculates all the items and orients the coordinates to how you choose. It's usually enough to get a good map before I have to go back and fill in some of the build elements myself, as well as add a few personal touches. The Manager also allowed me to break up Red Rocket - NW into two separate files since it kept crashing on me for the full one.
Anyway, just a couple methods I wanted to share for those who don't want to download all the required mods. But even at 75%, this is way better than anything I came up with on my own for this space. Nice job.
I'm finishing up my Castle build and then working on redoing my weather/texture/lighting overhaul as its been over 2 years and the mods are outdated heh. I'll probably start uploading my other settlements after.

Excellent concept and execution here.
HOWEVER;
I really wanted to call out a BIG thank you for the top view screen shot.
SO many location/settlement/transfer mods DON"T give a good view of what the mod looks like.
This one, rocks.
thanks for sharing.
