I just ported this gun to ARMA 3 btw. And the gun owns! Let your friends that plays ARMA 3 know. Here's the link. Enjoy!

Dope! Thanks for the compliment and the credit. I prefer being credited as manlethamlet, though, as that's the screen name I use on most sites (Edit - turns out Nexus lets you change usernames now, so now it's really standardized), but it's whatever. Happy modding!

I'm actually in the process of trying to make a gun mod myself. Using pretextured models, of course (has no skill whatsoever in texturing or modeling). I made it about as far as making the .ini file but now I just have to learn how to use Archive Extractor and then go from there.

Honestly I love your gun mods! Obscure or rarely talked about guns tend to be some of the best in my opinion. Don't suppose you take suggestions?

    Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the kind words! There's a common theme of "no one's made this yet, so I'm gonna do it myself" with a lot of my mods for different games, so it's a good thing that a lot of historically cool guns are obscure. I haven't done any Fallout 4 stuff for a while, so I can't make any promises about suggestions but I will at least take a look at it. Once I'm done with my current thing I'm making for Skyrim, I might as well go back to Fallout 4 anyway.

Have you looked at TheRizzler's weapon modding tutorial? It's what I followed while making the first version of this, along with some basic Blender tutorials because I didn't have any experience in modeling either. It's definitely worth watching. Good luck on your mod!

Is this mod still working? I love this gun but it's animation needs a new one. Please keep on working on this, and I believe many people are waiting for it.

It works, yeah, but I don't have the tools (I use blender and not 3DS max or maya) or skillset needed to make animations, which is why it borrows the Combat Rifle anims.

Is it me or does the texture on the front part near the barrel look lighter or darker depending on the light than the rest of the guns texture...

Yeah, that's an issue with the UV mapping that I wasn't able to solve (one reason I reworked the textures was to try to fix that). I think remaking the stock model and mirroring it could fix it, but I'll leave that for another time after I get more skilled with modeling.
