this is really only for myself and a few friends, but dropping it here for easy distribution. somehow a dependency to a Bioware mod crept into the build...can't seem to clean it up I'm starting from scratch with a new clean install of FO4 . version 001.1 seemed fine in all of my tests. since this was built using GOTY edition, if may require DLCs.
