Bethesda logic is to implement dlc weapons into the base game without a way to buy ammo, nerf the s#*! out of automatic weapons and a million other "features" that doesn't make sense at all.

thanks for the reply, is there a possibility to add the same mechanics from this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28339?tab=files) as an optional plugin at least? i like the other's mod's knockout framework inbuilt options and i like the rest of things from this mod, the other mod is sadly a bit old too.
Is it intended that you also need the 'Wasteland Whisperer' Perk in order to pacify supermutants? Just asking since the mod description only mentions changes to the 'Intimidation' perk. I placed the mod as low as I could in the mod load order.
You can rob and command DLC NPCs too (Trappers and Nuka World Raiders). They have voice lines, dialogue conditions, etc. According to the developers' policy, in order to use assets from a DLC in a mod, the mod needs to require the DLC.
