A small starter home Located by the river in Sanctuary. No scrapping needed. Requires DLC and Transfer Settlements.

Hunter type shack for a new or existing playthrough.
Cooking, chem, Armour and weapons benches.
Lots of storage and a place for the dog.
Nothing needs scrapping except maybe the other three kennels in Sanctuary, if you want your dog close.
Intended for just the Sole survivor so no crops or defence.
All decorations are static but can be picked up and put in your inventory.
Requires the usual DLC and Transfer Settlement Blueprints
