   Hey Radbeetle I'm having a little trouble installing your mod , it says I'm missing neon flats master, even though it's installed and enabled any thoughts ?

      I know I'm a little late to the party but it looks like its flagged to require the Noir penthouse CC for the version that doesn't touch the fog - hence the missing master, cctosfo4001-neosky.esm. The version that removes the fog doesn't and only requires Neon Flats. Hopefully that helps.

   I take it you are not a fan of Deckard's apartment in "Blade Runner" which is what Neon Flats is based off of. It is suppose to be dark and have fog. It is the intended atmosphere of the room. A noir private detective feel from the detective movies.

   Out of curiosity, did you try placing any conduits to activate the neon lights in the apartment? It makes a big difference.
