can someone clarify this to me because this may or may not be what i need but to be exact, because i have GCM(game config menu), i can sorta change the way my fallout 4 HP work to not inflate as you level up and stay constant based only on perks and endurance. however i cant achieve it with the +1 HP per level still hanging and not being editable by that mod. so does this remove the +1 HP per level?
Hey, i'm interesting, is there a programm, where you can tune enemy's hp, level scaling or something like that, 'cause i wanna put a value of it by myself, thanks in advance
Apologies for late reply and for a stupid question. Haven't played for a couple of weeks, but i also have Random Encounter Manager which is a similar mod and everything was working fine.
I remember using this in a past playthrough, I remember it working with no issue and it pairing really well with hardcore survival mods. I tried to give mods like scourge a try but SPID always caused fatal errors for me so im reverting back to this tried and true mod. Sometimes less bells and whistles equals a better mod in the end
Hi, thanks for posting this. I was just wondering whether you think this is likely to affect mod-added enemies as well. I don't know whether mod-added enemies are tied to the vanilla scaling system. I'm thinking about enemies added by the Thuggysmurf mods, for example. Thanks.
I took a look at the mod Outcasts and Remnants for example. I noticed that NPC's were flagged with the PC Level Mult on them - since this mod removes health pools from increasing by level, this should work on mod-added npc's too.
It wouldn`t show in a video. Basically enemies hp increase with level. I removed that increase. It means less spongy enemies, and limited health for you.

Is this compatible with SKK Settlement Attack System, which spawns custom npcs like Triggermen?
