Homemaker adds the ability to plant Tarberry's and Silt Beans and makes Planters available for use in player settlements.

FO4LO removes the ability to harvest directly from a settlement's plants (you have to let the settlers harvest and place the produce in the workshop) and reduces the amount of food that plants produce.

This changes Homemaker's added plants and planters to work the same as FO4LO's.

All individually planted crops give .2 food.
Planters give .5 food
*Fresh* planters give .67 food.

And you can no longer harvest those crops yourself.

I mean it'll *work* in that it will make the changes to Homemaker's food items.  If that's the only part of the FO4LO you want then you're good to go.
