I would like to port this mod in Skyrim, can you help me?
I looked into the plugin and so basically to achieve this you created a quest to distribute a perk where if you over encumbered you can run (using the "function" of the vanilla strongback03 but without the stamina cost), then you added the action regen negative mult and edited strongback perk to mitigate the action point negative regen + added fast travel on the last point of the perk.
Personally, I dunno if I agree with having a 5-point investment in Strong Back, which is already a weak perk on it's own unless you're an absolute packrat, and STILL being unable to fast travel while being over-encumbered. Just seems like it would be a waste if you still had to lug all of that around by foot, and the only benefit was not having an AP penalty.
honestly i just had to find something to fill out the 5 perks that didn't let the player fast travel when overencumbered since i think that's overpowered and ultimately results in never not immediately fast-travelling somewhere to drop it all off. also since far harbor modifies the perk i didn't want it to break from having the dlc installed or not.
I think a lot of it is how you choose to view the higher tier abilities; I look at them as you becoming strong enough to overcome previous physical limitations that you had. I also don't look at fast travel as being "fast", but rather a means of avoiding having to manually walk to a specific destination.
