How did u manage to build through the bushes with the concrete blocks? Can you care to enlighten me with it? It would help my building progress a lot since the left side of sanctuary where all the houses are is a nightmare to wall off with foundation
Lot's of going in and out of clipping mode...lol After going into clipping you can move under the ground and get them to snap. The pain about clipping is you can only touch something one time while in it, you then have to keep entering and leaving it to be able to move the piece again. Type TCL in the console to activate it.
Another thing I did was to build around them and sometimes they will snap together in between two or more pieces.
I did all of that before I found Precise object moving and rotating. So definitely use that also as it makes building so much easier now.

they updated fallout 4 so it resets .esp files that's probably why you're mods are not working but the new update to NMM should now fix that though I don't know about your saves though
place first wall ---> type tcl into console ---> pick up and drop wall piece (E then tab) ---> enjoy no clipping and the ability to overlap/get super close to the other walls...... i dont however know how he stacked 2 concrete floors on top of each other
