About this mod
This mod expands the Thicket and Concord Parking Settlement Area and makes the build area cover all of Concord for a large settlement build.

I've tested it over the last couple of days and have been as high as 80 Happiness
It fell to 70 when 3 settlers were killed during an attack ( so that's working )
You will need the following to have a chance at it working for you.

Concord Restoration Project https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/34647 I use this for every playthrough it might however work without it ( didn't test it )
Concord Restoration Project has not been altered in anyway!!! I use this for all my playthroughs - Highly Recommend you try it out

I removed the Church because I am not satisfied with the roof. I tried like many others to fix it but wasn't pleased with the outcome. I plan to build my own in game. Didn't want anyone to think I'm anti church in fact I'm the opposite. Look for a Mod there's a few on the Nexus
Built a large wall around the settlement and the build area is well outside of the perimeter walls.
You can find the workbench in the large yellow container ( Origional Spot ) You will at times need to return to it to engage the workbench.
Easy Console Commands https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/33516 Very Important GO TO A SETTLEMENT CLOSE TO CONCORD AND SPAWN IN 10 SETTLERS USE ~ Bat settler10 THIS WILL SPAWN IN 10 NEW SETTLERS. GO TO YOUR WORKSHOP AND START MOVING THEM TO CONCORD. WHEN YOU ARRIVE THERE SHOULD BE 10 NEW SETTLERS THERE YOU CAN ASSIGN. iF YOU DO THIS IN CONCORD THEY DO NOT WORK AS SETTLERS. THIS WILL GET IT STARTED, SET UP RECRUITMENT BEACON .
