   this is probably a realistic mod since mfs just put A LOT of random bs in their drugs just to make it addictive and make people buy more.

   There is always a desire for mods that make things harder. Sadly since the only time in the game I used any drugs (except stims and rad) was to make Cait like me more. As soon as I got her perk and wanting my body. I went to the doc to get all cleaned up and dumped all my drugs back into storage to sell for later. I just never found a need for them.

      since i got a mod to make the game 50% more difficult than survival, i'm kind of using chems now.
