---Description---
Adds a scavenger-themed player on the western edge of Forest Grove Marsh. Has (almost) all the basics for a player home but none of the workshop/settlement systems. All the random clutter objects are statics, so no worying about you or your followers knocking everything over.
This was made as a personal mod for one of my characters, but since it's a fully functional mod I decided to release it for others to (hopefully) enjoy.
---What you get---
-Rad-free sink, well-rested bed, plenty of storage
-Cooking, armor, weapon and chem workbenches (No power armor station)
-Blank terminal for playing holotapes
---Installation---
Same as any other mod. Place the 2 files in your data folder and activate the esp, or have your chosen mod manager handle it.
---Compatability---
Should be compatable with everything. Alters one vanilla object (a dirt pile in front of the door).
