   In your Mods list I see FOW.esp and cannot find it anywhere I think it has something to do with the flags. I also would love to know what the Home Commonwealth section is intended for/ How do I make use of it, do you have plans of a Transfer Settlement type Home blueprint for that or can you suggest one?

   Down load link states that CC content is required.  Is that true and if so which one's?  That in it's self could be a show stopper.
   
   Edit: Also the requirement links on the main page go to "About Blank page". There are extra characters added to the end of the link, if removed the link works fine.

      Thanks!  I didn't think you would require CC, but it is listed as a requirement when a user goes to download the file.

   That human female mannequin causes alot crashes, pretty sure used it before.

   This looks AMAZING. I've used several mods that alter this area or provide player homes in the Sanctuary-Abernathy-Red Rocket triangle, but none have been this ambitious. I can't wait to start a new play-thru and give it a try.
