screen isn't touched by this mod, that's the vanilla screen, its just the angle the light is hitting it makes it more apparent. if you want a clean screen use:
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/4889
it will not conflict as these two mods affect different files
I understand what you mean with textures being too pristine in some cases, but remember that the pipboy was locked in this vault that has only been opened maybe twice since the bombs fell.
You could argue that, However Rotanixel, that would take literal years. I mean lets be honest, This looks like its been slogged through water, mud, and has a lot of Grime and Dirt.
Which would apply to the sole survivors situation, but I'd rather have my pipboy more pristine until some mod author makes that handheld version of it again. I mean lets be honest, It looks fine for its situation in vanilla. Just a bit dusty on the screen.
It would only look like this, if you found it lying in an irradiated puddle.
cant seem to be able to make this work...i edited the .ini file and placed the files and it still not workng. is there a compatibility issue with some other mods?

[kerrigan1603] Why not post this in a new comment? Besides, I'm sure he's aware of other pips out there. That one is pretty cool too, but I don't like that strange texture on the screen. It really bugs me. But this one is pretty damn cool too!
