INFLUENCE is a series of meta-perks based on various statistics the game tracks. Beta version.

Version 1.1 Adds some new perks and fixes some bugs. File is properly ESLified now.
Version 1.0 Released. Pretty much just fixed the Rapid Transit perk (reduced from max 50% to max 20% so it doesn't break the game)

Ever wonder why, if you own half the state, people don't treat you any differently?  Why, after killing SO many enemies, you're not at least a little better at it?

INFLUENCE is a few extra "meta-perks" I have created for fun, based on game stats, such as how many of certain enemies you have killed, or computers you have hacked.  They show up automatically after you meet the minimum requirements, and most of them scale with the statistics.


Full Perk List:

Elite Hacker - You get more hacking guesses the more computers you hack. Max +12 Guesses at 500 Computers Hacked.

Addiction Resistance - You're more 10% resistant to addiction for every 5 times it has happened. Max 50%.

Balanced Playthrough - You get 10% more experience for every 100 enemies you
kill of these types (600 kills total): People (including non-feral
ghouls), Creatures (includes supermutants and feral ghouls), Animals,
Robots, Synths, and Turrets.

Beast Mode - Power Attacks deal 50% more damage for every 100 animals you have killed.  Max +500% damage.

Bobblehead Banker - You have collected all 20 Bobbleheads. +1 to all SPECIAL stats.

Bullet Magnet - Enemies carry more ammo the more murders you have committed.

Wholesale Buying Power - All prices are better the more Settlements you control. Max 10% at 20 Settlements.

Critical Thinking - The more critical strikes you deal, the less likely enemies
will critically strike you.  At 1000 Critical Strikes, enemies cannot
critically strike you.

Dark Double - Critical hits do double damage in the dark

Gravity Scope - Weapons do more damage the further away an enemy is.

I've Got Room! - Increases Carry Weight by 25 for every 100 Treasure
Containers you loot. Treasure containers include Trunks, Chests, Safes,
Suitcases, Duffelbags, Coolers, Medkits, Chem Boxes, Tool Cases and
Boxes, and Ammo Boxes.

Living Legend - Increases Health by 25 for every 100 Legendary Enemies killed.

Lucksmith - Increases armor rating by 2% per Luck for every 50 Armor Improvements
you make.  Increases weapon damage by 1% per Luck for every 100 Weapon
Improvements you make. Max 20% Armor per Luck, 10% Damage per Luck.

One Man's Trash - Increases Luck the more Items you Scrap. Max +15 Luck.

Plot Armor - Reduces damage from explosions and automatic weapons based on
number of quests completed. Max 80% reduction at 500 Quests.

Rapid Transit - Increases movement speed by 5% for each supply line you have set up. Max 50%.

Sandman's Sprint - Sprinting and Power Attacks cost no Action Points as long as you sleep at least once a day.

Death Whisperer - Increases sneak attack damage with melee weapons and
silenced guns, based on the number of successful sneak attacks you
execute. Damage increases geometrically.
