   missing ixd.dll file and its not present in the download?
   coulndt get it to work so uninstalled..
   i did it with vortex and manual.. butt alas </3

      Bit late to the party, but make sure that the game can load loose files.

      I just ran into the same problem. Loose Files is active. In my case the file isn't in the file system

      Figured it out for anyone that still cares. Download the French version of the mod. It has all of the XDI Files and stuff you'll need. Install the mod manually and imitate the folder paths. As for the .ini files, put them both in the CONFIG and SETTINGS folders in the MCM folder. Make sure to skip the CONFIG.JSON file so that your dialogue doesn't end up in French. Ridiculous that every translation of the mod except English has all the necessary files.

      To this day i'm still wondering what the hell do you all mean there's no xdi file... This isn't a replacement but a patch for the main mod.
