It was not all automatic i wanted, but clean vines and seaweed and let me disable mud and eggs with console command. This is first time i can have a clean castle (more or less) without the Minutemen, well not true, i have using sometime ago one let me clean the surface but destroy the tunnels. This is another option.
I am not sure what i done this second time, but all works.
When kill the Mirelurk queen, i active this mod, and then as last time, i try disable one mud with console commands. Then i go to the tunnels using the mod "Diary of Madman", visit the old general, and when i return to surface, all mud and eggs gone.
Sadly the author has not been active near a year, so mod is abandoned I guess. Did not remove the mud and egg shells for me, all else is supper clean. I really want the mud and shells gone. Scrap everything does not include them. Wish it did not remove mire lurks or quests. I often prefer to capture the castle before I get the quest from Preston. Maybe I can fo4edit. Or not. Not :(
I installed the mod, slept for 24 hours at red rocket, traveled back and nothing disappeared. This happen to anyone else? I'm guessing it's because I have too many mods installed or something.
extracted the files to the fallout 4 data folder. fast travelled to red rocket. slept for 24 hours. fast travelled back to the castle. mirelurk debris is still there. i can get you a load order if you like
Edit: Oh, durr. I opened up NMM and checked the box in the plugin list and it worked. Sort of. All the broken mirelurk eggs + their mud piles were still there, but I could scrap those manually with another mod.
Oh wait, so you made this if you clear the castle without the minutemen's help? IIRC (it's been a while since I did it without the MM) nothing gets cleaned up if you do it without their help. If so then this should be useful to those who don't side with the MM.
