How do I make my companion ride at the passenger sit?

Just found out the problem. I have a mod that make Codsworth  a human/synth and I forget that he is originally a Mr. handy. I guess that's the reason why. When I tried to bring Preston, he just automatically hops in.

Hi. I love these carts but they are not compatible with Personal Flyable Vertibird mod, as the controls for accelerating, braking and turning (WASD) won't work even if I change the load order.

Not sure what the conflict is between the two exactly but that's the problem. Thanks for any help.

A year late but plug in a controller and you will be good to go. analog stick handles better then the wasd throttle too because you can ease off the gas.

Thanks very much for your reply. Absolutely makes sense that it might work as a controller is a different input. Looks like I might just have to test it out using my friends PS4 controller first. Thanks again.

I wish others would incorporate or figure out the turning tech in this.

This vehicle doesnt really fit my characters but it has the most "realistic" handling of all the modded vehicles.

It's also unfortunate that you didn't go back and update your older vehicles to have this type of turning.

Can I get the 4 sources of the above files or know the editing point?
I would like to know if it will be okay with F4SE 0.6.23 which was renewed in last year.

pretty interesting mod, but is it compatible with the mod "everyone's best friend" that allow to have a companion and Dogmeat at the same time?

would it be possible to not have this magic throwable box to spawn the vehicles? something more immersive like "a car abandoned at some red rockets, near the corpse of the previous owner." and you could customize it with a special workbench like the robot with recipe to be found for certain model

and ultimately, having the possibility to have the companion shooting while sitting on the rear, or having a sort of bubble turret on the roof for close security could be nice.

Very useful and stable than others. and I like this. But It's not compatible to others.
This MOD changes camera setting but I think it's not compatible to others(like vertibird, motorcycle mod).

    Does anyone solves this?

Great mod. I love the added mechanics to driving with being able to accelerate and decelerate along with the improved turning. I don't know why this hasn't been downloaded more. Is it possible to add these to other car mods so we have different varieties? This mod with its added features greatly improves driving and should be used as a base to build on.

As someone who hasn't tried this mod yet, I'm guessing it has something to do with these being one of the lamest looking vehicle's I have ever seen!
Apart from the WWII German Kettenkraftrad (the awesome Tank Motorcycle thing), these look like they would be a massive liability on the post apocalyptic roads of the Commonwealth! Hell they look like drivable vacuum cleaners.
I'm not even sure what they're supposed to be.

The second thing, I guess is that I have actually tried two other similar mods, with one being "Drivable Cars Redux" and the other is a mod featuring a repairable and drivable motorcycle who's name currently escapes me.
The experience was so and so on both accounts! I guess the reason being that the Commonwealth terrain just wasn't built with this stuff in mind. It is too chaotic and at times borderline nonsensical, but that is to be expected.

The last thing has to do with the fact that Fallout 4 doesn't really handle this sort of stuff all that well, sadly It's a very temperamental game at the best of times. The fact that I've come across "stability mods" that slow down the players sprinting speed that are intended to keep the game from crashing too much, should tell you everything.

For lack of a better term, it's a fish market trolley. Think of them as a cross between luggage carriers, tractors, Forklift and a moped. They're big in the Tsukiji fish market (you'll see them literally everywhere), and are the inspiration for the Tachikoma from Ghost in The Shell. I'd reccomend you try it before you tear it apart.  After all Murphy's 6th law of Combat ops says "If it's stupid but it works, it isn't stupid."

This is one of TWO high functioning vehicle mods for FO4: Flyable personal Vertibirds and this mod.

The mod in question is Driveable Motorcycle Mod

There are known issues with traveling, where long distance objects pop in and out. You can actually fix most of the issues with high speed traveling using mods like Baka Scrapheap and Baka Framework and ENBSeries by Boris Vorontsov  which can be used to allocate more memory to the game itself and fix most problems. This won't fix the broken roads, toppled overpasses or other post-apoc issues that exist in the game's natural world, but it should help with crashes and graphical pop.

Thanks for this! I've been wondering whether or not there were Flyable Vertibirds anywhere on the Nexus and here we are. Much better than the ones I have just for show anyway.

Agree. It's pretty fantastic for what it is. None of the other drivables have come this close to being usable, and it's actually really fast. Others are either too clunky and jittery, or too large to use. This one I managed to get from Sanctuary roundabout (end of the cul-de-sac) down past Concord and almost to Covenant and back, in less than 3 minutes, outrunning the raiders and a pack of Rust Devils while doing it. Impressive stuff.

Yeah this mod still provides great driving mechanics. As someone who also just tried out flyable vertibird I got to say it is pretty epic. Also gonna suggest https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31139 , it's a extension of another mod that adds rideable dogs. The required mod leads to the original and there's rideable giddy up horses aswell. Another mod also puts rideable dogs, that actually wear armor, to be rideable by raiders. It's pretty epic and with all mods you can ride the skies, and 2 forms of ground traversal. Probably be epic being chased by raider riders on war dogs while trying to escape on a cart whiping through the city. Beast vs machine.
