Manual Redistribution Controls (1 comment)

I really wish the redistribution system had some form of manual override/control, beyond the 'recalculate redistribution' option on the terminal. Especially for when you want to upgrade your settlements/city plans.

I know, in theory it should always provide the adequate food and water necessary for your city to grow. Especially if the plot is L2+

In practice however, the system is finicky, unpredictable, and frustrating since it constantly changes the amount of water and food a settlement has. It could have less than required food one moment and more than required food the next, while having less than adequate water one moment and a surplus the next. Meanwhile settlements that make no food or water get a massive surplus of food and water for some reason.
I've tried to get around this by putting a waterpump object down and using console codes to make it provide x food and x water to try and trick it for a small window of time in order to get my plots/city plan upgraded, but that can prove rather finicky too as whenever it DOES work, I only have a small window of time before the script updates and renders it useless, forcing me to start over again or up the food/water count on it.

Some manual controls would be heavily appreciated. And who knows? Maybe giving it manual controls would be one way to help negate the whole 'negative stats' problem.
