Fixes the issue where having charisma over 23 will cause items to give you 1 bottle cap when using the Settlement Garage Sale mod. Essentially I tinkered with the script to only calculate your charisma stat up to 23. If you have 24 or more, it is 23. Any other values will remain unchanged. This means any charisma score above 23 will not affect your bottle caps earned from this mod. I could probably tinker with the calculation formulas, but I figured that is better suited for the original mod author. This does not have an esp, as it is only the applied script that needed fixing. You obviously need the original mod's ESP for this to work.
