Best Sanctuary I've every seen. I love that you didn't build on top of the Sanctuary houses, only put defensive walls where it was necessary and expanded the town by building the little community in the back near the river along with a water purifier building. My systems pretty average and it works just fine with 32 settlers. Just put the plots into manual upgrade so there isn't too many scrips running at the same time
This is a City Plan for the mod Sim Settlements, to activate this city plan you need to interact with the City Planners Desk in your settlement. If you have never heard of Sim Settlements I highly recommend looking it up as it also just released a new version Sim Settlements 2. This city plan is only compatible with Sim Settlements and its addons like Conqueror. It will work with JUST sim settlements but if you are missing certain DLC like Contraptions the Power armor garage won't be there.
