This weapon is simply a plasma rifle with the "Explosive" legendary prefix, and the mods shown in the first image. The .bat file merely attaches all the shown mods onto any plasma rifle you have selected in the console, regardless of name. You can name your weapon whatever you want and just run the .bat and boom, overpowered plasma rifle.

I say in the description that it's not it's own item, it's just a set of attachments onto an existing gun, i had nothing to do with making anything, all the .bat file does is make it to where you don't have to type-
      "attachmod 0019eccc"
      "attachmod 0005e6d2"
      "attachmod 0005e6cf"
      "attachmod 002492ba"
      "attachmod 001e73bd"

Calling the weapon the SR-21C1 Doncaster is optional, even if it was an individual item, you could still rename it. like I've said to others, this is merely just my findings and i wanted to share it with people. I hope you enjoy the weapon though! :)

Step 2 in the description says to name the weapon, which implies it must be named to receive the desired effect (also step three is missing). People who don't read the comments are going to think this is a Dev weapon hid in the code or something, and that the only way to get it is from the .bat file, which isn't even a mod by the way, but an easy to run series of commands that are already in the game.

Look, I have no problem with you letting people know this weapon is possible, but you are unintentionally misleading people into thinking your file is the only way to obtain this combination. You should change the description to say that naming the weapon is optional, and make it more clear what the .bat file is attempting to do so users are more informed about what console commands do what. People will still name the weapon what you are calling it because it sounds cool and lore friendly, you don't have to trick people into it.

Finally, as far as I know, you can not get "Explosive" on a plasma weapon naturally. Some prefixes are limited to not be available to certain weapons, to prevent extremely overpowered weapons like you have created, which is why you have never seen anyone use an explosive plasma rifle before.

Thank you for catching the thing going on with numbers, that happened after i made the .bat file because the new file made it easier to go through the steps and i forgot to edit all the numbers. I'm sorry to you and anyone else if i came off as trying to fool them into believing that it was mandatory to name the weapon after the name i had chosen for it. I will read over and edit the description again because i also did not mean to make it to where you HAD to download the file in order to make or get this gun. On the account of me never hearing or seeing of this blaster, for people on consoles, yes, they shall never have this gun and even normally playing Fallout 4 all the way through, this gun WILL NOT EXIST. Though what i meant by i haven't heard anyone talk about this gun, i mean by even in forums or by looking in a search, I've yet to see anyone mention this exploit. Finally, i'd like to say thank you for your input, this helps me correct what might be wrong and improves everything, let me know if there are any other concerns or if there's anything left that i can do for you. :)

Unless I am missing something, you need to perks to put this together.

not if they're just the parts, I believe the game allows you to just put parts on the gun as long as you already have to mod. Tough i'm going to see about making this a batch file eventually.

Ok then I am missing something, must have been trying on the wrong station type. I have not seen a station call modding station, as I have not been able to add the parts.

l Finally figure it out. One issue is I had to try 4 times to get the right plasma rifle, as there item code seems to be random types. The legendary modification dose not work thow. That is making me wait for the right perk. In fact if not for a mod I wold not be seeing ant legendary mods.

Go to the files section on this page and download this mod with Nexus Mod Manager, then follow the 'new' instructions, it should be a lot faster and easier as well, it requires no more modifying unless you exclude naming the rifle.

did that, it attaches the mod correctly, as long as you have the items. If you do not then it does not attach them. Tried to twice, one with the attachments, and once with out. The dat. file need's to spawn the items as well. It does not make it legendary as that is another step. It just a normal flamer without the legendary step.

Hmmm, i'd like to know what's going wrong for you, because the console command for the legendary effect is "attachmod 001e73bd". Although the ultimate way to tell is for you to to type "help explosive 4" it'll be an OMOD, to me the console says "OMOD: (001e73bd) 'explosive'. Your CC might be able to help you, because i've tried it on a new character with nothing else on me besides what you get before your pipboy and spawning the plasma rifle and it modded it and it still added the effect. I really want to help you with this, it's a fun gun, get back to me when you can.

I will try again when I get home on a new char. I don't have much time in the game, or that far into it. It possible one of my mods is affecting it.

Awesome gun I just found my new favorite. If you want you can make this into a bat file to make it easer to make for people.

I'll look into it, I've never mad a mod before, didn't even know exactly what a .bat file was until i just looked it up. Though seeing it basically uses the same script you type into the CP, i'll do that, i get to work on making a bat file asap!

It's kinda done, i mean there's a .bat file for it now, but there's still so grunt work required to make the gun. I'll need to do more research for a while, i want to have it to where all you do is download the mod and either find it in the commonwealth or spawn it. I'd love for this to be hands free, from naming it to modding it. With that being said, even if you lost all your mods or even Nexus all together, the Doncaster would still be there for you because everything's already existing in game. Only time will tell i suppose.
