Please do a sound replacer for the Skyrim heel sounds mod, it's the same as FO4's.
I replaced the sounds in my own game with yours, I can upload them and give you credit if you don't want to do it yourself:D

Should I delete the "snow" folder? I'm not using a winter mod.

    First of all: Thank you.
You made the original mod sounds waay better. Espacially "in the forest / dirt".
It was super annoying in the old mod.

But I think you can improve it a little bit.
The 6 "step in dirt" (.wav) sounds are a little bit annoying (I replaced the files with your gravel wav's) and the sound volume while sneaking is extremely high.

    And

I have a weird sound when I run over concrete. (Walk and sprint sounds good, non-clicky version)
Every other surface I've tested sounds normal in comparison to this.

(I have no mods beside this one and the reqired mod installed in the test-video blow)

      Ok, I finally fixed it.

I deleted the following files in this mod's datafiles:
      "\sound\fx\fst\npc\hheels\stonesolid\run\l\fst_player_stonesolid_run_01.wav"
      "\sound\fx\fst\npc\hheels\stonesolid\run\l\fst_player_stonesolid_run_02.wav"
      "\sound\fx\fst\npc\hheels\stonesolid\run\l\fst_player_stonesolid_run_03.wav"

Hope this helps anyone who run into the same bug.

your comment really made me focus in on his sounds for dirt and yes your right the dirt sounds sounded a bit more annoying over the gravel, but I think if u listen carefully, the sound is accurate if you were to step hard into sand with a highheel. The annoying part of the sound is the weight it carries. Therefore just thought id share my findings since Shinelucid did a freakin awesome job with his audio improvement from the original highheel sounds.

      Happy Modding everyone!

I love using this mod but was wondering if there's supposed to be something like a lingering sound after you stop without your weapon drawn in 3rd person. If you walk/run/sprint with your weapon out the sound stops immediately when you come to a halt but if there is no weapon drawn there are still several taps on the ground after you've come to a stop. This problem I'm experiencing seems to only be for 3rd person without a weapon drawn, in 1st person the sound stops when you stop. Is there any way to remedy this?
Edit: I figured out it has to do with lazman's female sitting and standing animation mod. It'll cause the tapping to continue even when you've stopped moving. Unfortunate.

      You can use the ring.
With the ring equipped you have the high heel sounds no matter which armor you wear or which gender.

      Open the console and type:
      help HHRing 4 armo
to get the FormID of the ring and then
      player.additem [FormID] 1
(replace the [FormID] with the ID -  like: "player.additem 680063E6 1")

This really needs a demo video, also you set an esl file with an esp has a master, this will not work correctly has esl files  always load before esp files and is causing an error with loot, I posted a work around for this in your bugs tab under the topic "loot error", but it really needs mod author attention

Nor will changing the esl to esm, the master file is still an esp therefore you can't make this dependency to be elevated above the master file extension. you need to make it an esp, or ask the original author of the master file to elevate his mod to esm or esl extension.
