I'm most likely a moron, but after installing this mod (the all-in-one version) none of my settlers changed appearance after starting a new game, is there something I'm missing?
Was confused why Vortex wasn't showing that I downloaded it, but then realized that it was a manual download. Ha. That'll show me for downloading something half asleep.
I kind of already converted the NPC's in SS2, but I've been having problems getting the mod to start properly, I don't know if it's because of the Anime mod or something else.
Got past Hub of the Problem, finally found one SS2 quest giver character without long hair, a Gunner who looks exactly like the previous character in different clothing...then saw a SS2 main quest character with two pairs of glasses. Fairly silly.
The lack of encountering the characters with different hair so far is a little sad. Eh, I'll just be glad that your attempt for turning the SS2 characters into the Nanakochan ones at least works since apparently I'm the only one (or at least telling you that I am openly) testing it out for you! Ha!
Thanks! Changing the hair won't be hard, I'll just have to edit some files in xedit, the glasses problem won't be hard, since, for some reason, glasses are included in hair.
I'll aim for a release for SS2 soon, but I think I'll have to wait for more chapters or updates to come out, for now, the mod is a little unstable for me.
Didn't mention it before, but so far it's still holding up for the 2.0 version of the first chapter (of course) so that's a plus. Least with Old Paul and Lily. Didn't check with Jake or the others yet.
aaaand just noticed the recent images that you have been doing Skyrim so I suppose this and your wip nanako ghoul mods is now considered as dead? Or even possible for someone else to expand on what you did?
If you really want my Ghoul replacer, you can find it here https://arca.live/b/tullius/31180248?category=%ED%8F%B4%EC%95%84%EC%9B%83+%EB%AA%A8%EB%93%9C&target=all&keyword=%EA%B5%AC%EC%9A%B8&p=2
I was planning on posting it on Nexus, But I'm currently working on Skyrim. If you can, or know someone who can, Feel free to use my mods or expand on them, I wrote a short tutorial on my Nana children mod page, All you have to do is follow that.
Hello! I love this mod man and I am sure and I have read that you said ALL expansion packs are covered. I just want to make sure that it includes the faction packs for the Sims. Conqueror right? I really just want to make sure because I do not want to screw up my current playthrough. Thanks!!! XD
The raider faction for Conqueror is converted, as for the rest of the third party faction packs, they're left alone. So faction packs like the BOS or the gunners are not anime.
But if you want, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/articles/2705 you can use this to convert any faction pack you want.
Hi! I found an issue running nanakochan mods along side conqueror: I can't complete the headless gunman quest because enslavement using slaver's collar does not work on nanakochan NPCs. So far I have figured it out how to edit kgConq_Enslave (in the "Perk" catergory) so that the "Enslave" button works, but there's no pop up after that to assign the enslaved NPC to a settlement. Do you have any idea of how to solve this issue? Thank you!
That's interesting, Race mods generally have a bad time with mods like Crime and Punishment, I didn't know Sim Settlements had this problem as well, the problem stems from the Nana race not being supported with other mods. Perhaps it has something to do with the keywords? I'll look into it for now.
Stuff like quests and basic scripts should work fine with though.
I found something interesting, in the Slaver perk there's a condition for subject.getisrace, have you messed around with that? maybe add a new condition that detects the Nana race?
I have managed to make it detect nanarace: https://imgur.com/a/aEizcnt So basically, in Conqueror, you need to press the "Enslave" button to capture an NPC, it will force the "slaver collar" on them and there will be a pop-up message to assign the NPC to a settlement. Adding the nanarace to the condition makes the "Enslave" button show up on NPCs, and NPC will be forced to wear the collar when you press the button, but there's no pop-up to assign them to a settlement, so the NPC will continue to wander around and won't come to your settlement. So i think we are half way to solve the issue, there's still something else.
I also found something of notice, have you checked out the Form ID's? maybe there might be something good there, I managed to get other mods like C&P to work by fiddling with them.
I've got some tips to check script fragments and quest stage for the function that sends the NPC to settlement. This is way beyond my level, I have never messed with scripts and quest stages before xD
I managed to get SS2 working, though it needs a bit more polish for now. I also managed to get The Train and Crime and Punishment working, although C&P's full features like combat surrender doesn't work. There's also a faction pack for Conqueror I'm working on, that includes both NCR and Powder Gang ripoffs, so look out for that. I managed to also get Depravity working, but owing to the fact that I don't even play Depravity that much, plus the mod being a total pain to work with, don't expect a patch too soon.
If there's any quest or NPC mods you want to be patched, you can either check out my guide or request one.
This request would be important since, for example, I am doing a series for YouTube with the role that my character is from another world, what would be an anime Isekai and your mod would be a plus if you are not alone in this world, I join on request
Are you the mod creator who uploaded the anime version of the kid before? If so, I would like to thank you very much. Because all the characters in the game are anime version, except for the kid and the ghoul, this is very strange when the game talks to them, and I only Hope they all look the same.
Thanks, I'm working on an updated version of the mod, so I pulled it from the site, I currently got almost everything working except some minor issues.
I also plan on making different textures like green or gray skin, and black eyes for ghouls.
Our russian souls are with you guys. In addition, I would say that for some reason nanako faces provides more expression, than normal ones. Imho, of course.
I have nothing against anime in general but why are all characters suddenly female? Male voices with these cute faces and expressions looks really weird. Is it not possible to make male heads to keep things more "realistic"?
It's a bit of an issue, simply changing the head parts in xedit doesn't really work, so you need to create an entirely different race with it's own armor and armor addons, while also making them use a separate male Anime WNAM skin, which, to this day, doesn't exist.
Also editing the 2000 NPC's in Fallout 4 is a bit of a hassle, even for my standards, for reference, this mod edits only about 200 NPC's.
I'll try and look for anything useful that pops up, but until someone figures how to make completely new models for the Anime mod, all we can do is wait.
I am, however, looking out for any methods to convert all the Ghouls in the game, that use their own separate textures, like red eyes and gray skin.

I've uploaded a basic conversion esp in the comments, but as of right now, I don't think I have any plans on modding Fallout 4 for the time being.
Hope to see this on SS2 later on.
Can you check this out for me? it's for the latest version of SS2.
Edit: Seen Old Paul. Now boner is confused.

Something about vanilla fallout models just irks them.
