Barter
- Increases buy prices by x2 with low charisma and by about x1.5 with high charisma
- Reduces sell prices by x2 with low charisma and by about x1.5 with high charisma

Carry Weight
- Reduced base carry weight from 200 to 120 (+20 per strength = vanilla)

Charisma Challenge
- Minimum chance to be successful from 5% to 0%
- Charisma success chance increase per point from 15% to 20%
- Base penalty for Charisma Challenges from 35/50/65% to 30/80/130% (easy/medium/hard)

Compass
- Reduced base range to see enemies on the compass from 1576 to 768 (+256 per perception = vanilla)

Fall Damage
- Increased fall velocity slightly
- Increased the damage multiplier slightly
- Reduced the minimum fall height required to calculate fall damage
- NPC's and Players use the same formula

Hacking
- Increased minimum words from 6 to 10

Lockpicking
- Lockpicks break more easily
- Sweet spots are slightly smaller

Pickpocketing
- Reduced base chance from 20% to 10%
- Increased maximum chance from 90% to 100%

Reduced Enemy Bonus
- Most enemies have perks which increase their damage (the last two perks were rarely used)
- Bonus damage from 0.75/1.25/1.5/2/2.5/3 to 1/1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2

Respawn Time
- Respawn timer from 168 to 252
- Respawn timer for cleared cells from 480 to 504

Sneak Attack
- Base sneak attack damage multiplier with two-handed melee weapons from 3 to 2
- Base sneak attack damage multiplier with guns from 2 to 1.2
- Since I didn't want to break compatibility with mods that change the Ninja perk this is not reflected in the perk description. The values are always correct in the upper left corner when sneak attacking.

Starting Points
- Starting SPECIAL points from 28 to 26

Survival Difficulty
- Survival Player damage done from 0.75 to 0.85
- Survival Player damage received from 4 to 1.5
- Reduced the chance of legendary enemies

Timescale

- 1 minute in real life, counts as 10 minutes in game (instead of 20 minutes)

VATS
- Player damage received while in VATS mode from 10% to 100%
- Decreased VATS maximum range by 10%

XP
- Reduced XP gained by 20%
- Intelligence bonus to XP gain from 3% to 2.5%
- Workshop Station and Cooking no longer grants any XP
- Workbench Station crafting reduced xp gained by about 60%
