Thanks for your work! Any reason you don't upload to the nexus?
I realize downloading programs strangers made based on goodwill alone is the same whether you use Google drive, Mega, or Nexus. It just feels a little better when it's all on the Nexus, you know?
On a funny sidenote, I had to force Microsoft Edge at gunpoint to allow me to download it with its new and "improved" safety features. And yes, I use Edge. I´m a wierdo
YSK, FallUI already lets you customize the RADs bar any way you want. You can even separate it from the Health bar entirely and make it its own meter.
There's no issue using it but a FallUI patch isn't necessary since you can just lower the opacity to 0.67 in the FallUI layout editor (which is what I did since also use FallUI). The patches I made are for people using other HUD mods that do not let them customize their HUD as freely as FallUI.
I'm still missing stuff on modding so I'll put that as a question: for MO2, can't it just be added in a mod, with the swf in an interface folder (thus overwriting the swf in Classic Radiation and/or FallUI) ?
The idea is interesting, but with the mechanics of abilities it looks hardcore, primarily with companion perks. The Cait and Hancock perks become even more useless. There is no balance. Although Bethesda made some kind of carnival out of the game, the studio still more or less maintained balance in the game and even created conditions so that this balance could be achieved by the player himself. A simple example, there are people who understand that DLC weapons are OP due to low recoil and increased damage, so I personally never increase Gun Nut above 3 points in my builds and thereby maintain balance when I upgrade DLC weapons because that even taking into account Gan Nut 3 it is more convenient to use than what is called an assault rifle or a combat rifle.
This is the TRUE way to play the game. Reduce overhead (less "balance" mods, less patches, less 4K for minor crap) whenever possible and your FO4 game will thank you with better stability and performance.
Bro you're saying Bethesda kept the game balanced and then you immediately contradict yourself by explaining how you had to nerf your character on purpose to avoid being overpowered..
Can you make a seperate meter for radiation? Or Merge the radiation meter completely into the health meter? Not a fan of how it looks like it is offsetted in the photo
As there are many users who don't know how to use Classic Radiation Poisoning 2 (CRP2) with FallUI HUD, and the flying around patches are mostly out-dated (and will brake the mod), here's the easy howto to adjust any layout for CRP2.
First make sure to use the FallUI HUD's file, by installing FallUI HUD after CRP2. Also no other mod should overwrite it.
FallUI HUD - Adjust any layout for Classic Radiation Poisoning 2
Go into MCM > FallUI - HUD > Layout
(In case you using the Easy Mode) Click "To Edit Mode" in the bottom left. Then click "Import layout" and simply select your layout again
Hover your HP bar, then a options popup will appear. Enable "Show advanced options" in the popup if you haven't already.
Click on the tab "Bar: RADS" and scroll to section "Bar - Gradient"
Enable the "Gradient" checkbox and set "Alpha 1" and "Alpha 2" to 67
Done - That's it. Close MCM and load a savegame to apply the new settings.
Tip: That's not the only way: You can customize the layout in any way you like. For example, you could just move the RADS bar off the HP bar and so make it an own separate bar.

(in case you haven't found it already)
HUDMenu.swf
- in this mod = 2020/10/29 - 126 Ko
- in the FallUI - HUD mod = 2022/11/16 - 203 Ko
Could we get an update to the mod please ?
