This is good. Do you think you could do the same with the hunting rifle? I use the hunting rifle with the quick ejection medium magazine and it's SFX seems to play a half second after the animation sequence.
Thanks. Like the mod that fixes the sound used to pick up empty bottles (by default they sound full), can you make a mod to fix the sound for opening/closing certain containers? I haven't narrowed it down specifically but I sometimes hear organic squishing sounds (like for hanging meat nets around Super Mutants, or brain fungi) on metal containers like desks and file/filing cabinets.
Maybe you and the other sound fix mod creator, ManiacalManiac, can collaborate and combine mods?

I'm not 100% sure but iv'e had it happen to me at almost complete random when the game is loading parts of the world. (Might be a memory issue?)
