To everyone who used this mod and didn't receive the perk. I've rewritten the way the perk is being distributed to the player. This should finally fix that issue. Please update!
Once upon a time I wondered why Ada never gave a perk like the rest of the vanilla companions. Then I finally noticed, because it flashes on and off the screen really fast, that she does. What Ada does is unlock ALL of the Automatron mods for the player whether or not you have any "robot expert" perks already. Myself, I do not make tons of robot... well no robots (beyond Jezebel); but having all of the various mods unlocked is pretty substantial if you do favor making robots... it seems to me. I've read many of the comment below my own. Hmm. Lots of back and forth about does it or doesn't it load; but I'm still not even clear on what the new perk does. It boosts something or other. I do use the "Ada2Human" mod. I've rolled with her way past the 1000 affinity mark trying to find the perk. Nothing happens. But then, all robot mods availability, and a gorgeous Ada is a lot. Need to find out just what this perk does. I have no idea, so far.
Just saw it for the first time in the screenshot. I didn't even think to look in the 2 screenshots for the description. A word or two in the description would help promote this better.
I have no idea if it's compatible with that mod, if it's not create a patch by yourself.

Are you kidding me? You're not paying attention to a mods screenshots and/or it's description and then you complain that you don't have any idea what the mod does. RTFM before complaining!
Also if you don't like this mod, don't use it. It's as simple as that!
Great perk. Might there be one that boosts the damage and armor ratings of Automatron robots you make if you defeat but spare Isabel? Or is that better suggested to be included in Isabel companion mods?
Now we just a mod to change Ada's default loadout. I mean, she often makes a point of telling you: "Jackson ensured I was well equipped for travel - which is why I'm armed with the worst possible weapons and armour."
Of course her load out can simply be adjusted in Robot Workbench, but that's besides the point.
Does this work if installed BEFORE you complete the quest?
The 811 quest condition on stage 10 looks at the DLC01MQ05, but does it run every time the game is loaded? Or does it just run once?
TESTING
Test 1 - Mod loaded first.
Launched F4 with mod loaded.
Used a mid game save with automatron not started.
Used console commands to start and complete DLC01MQ05
setstage DLC01MQ05 0
completequest DLC01MQ05
Did not get perk or message. Did a save, and reloaded, did not get perk.
Test 2 - Mod NOT loaded yet.
Launched F4 with WITHOUT mod loaded.
Used a mid game save with automatron not started.
Used console commands to start and complete DLC01MQ05
setstage DLC01MQ05 0
completequest DLC01MQ05
Then saved the game.
Exited F4
Activated Mod.
Loaded save game where quest had been completed with console commands.
Was given perk (message displayed, and perk added) once game loaded.
So, just checking to see if in your tests, if you loaded the mod BEFORE completing the quests, did you get the perk once you had completed the quests naturally (instead of using console commands)?
Can confirm that the mod doesn't trigger on a normal playthrough. I have only been able to receive the perk on saves that have already completed the quest.
The first picture clearly displays the model designation - 'Pipboy 3000.' Isn't it the Pipboy from Fallout 3? There's a mod on here somewhere adding the Fallout 3 Pipboy to Fallout 4.

To add some personality.
