I can only guess its a hybrid of Mauser C96 (real world example) and Enforcer from Unreal Tournament 99 styled as H&K USP/Mk23. I mean, its neat, fits same category as Fallout 2's 14mm pistol.
no and it would be impossible to build in real life if you look closely you can see that the magazine and the slide are in completely different places so it wouldnt work. but there are many fallout weapons wich dont make sense and are just made to look cool, like the fallout 3 combat shotgun for example that one has the same problem with the magazine and shell extractor being in completely different places
Haven't downloaded yet, but will this be added into a Level List (for enemies to use them)? To me, I don't really like exclusive (to the player) weapons TOO much, so having weapons to added to where enemies can use them makes things feel a little more fair.
I can confirm the bug. Floating safe, Cambridge police station, 2nd floor. What a strange place to put a 150 kg (at the very least) safe anyway. Imagine it falling on someone's foot... Not mentioning the fact that it would simply crash the thin-walled file cabinet. Place it somewhere else.
The guns themselves are fine I guess... albeit very unusual. The pistol is a little bit too futuristic for the setting. The rifle is nicely animated, however I expected it to be a lever-action 12-gauge SHOTGUN, not a .44 PUMP ACTION rifle (a strange choice for law enforcement and crowd control).
I guarantee you that .44 Magnum is more than sufficient for stopping a charging human. Revolvers in .44 Magnum are often carried for self-defense against charging grizzly bears, which easily reach 600 lbs. No human is going to take that kind of firepower to the chest and keep on charging.
I own a semi-automatic 12 gauge shotgun and it's a good and powerful gun, but it's not some kind of super-weapon. Powerful pistol cartridges like .44 Magnum and most rifle cartridges like 7.62x39mm or even 5.56x45mm NATO (with hollow point) have reliable stopping power.
.45-70 is used for big game hunting. As in, 2,200 lb bison big. It is massive overkill against 180 lb humans.
whilst I agree that .45-70 Govt is a little much for human target you'd have to be a really good-shot more then normal people can do, Really .45-70 excels at a lot. P.s. Though while looking at that site to grab the quote I did see that the .45-70 effective kill ranges from white tail to bison interestingly so I guess you win this one P.P.s. I don't know how quotes work thanks
I almost swear I have seen both of these guns before in some retro pixel dystopian cyberpunk game on Steam. I thought it was in the game Ministry of Law or MiniLaw, but that does not appear to be it. There is a game out there somewhere with cyborg cops or bounty hunters with some very similar guns.

Here's a mod that adds this to the LL, as well as plenty of other mods that don't get added to the LLBit late, but hope it helps regardless?
I think I don't have any mod changes this part of the police station.

It changes the layout of the station.

i don't see it working with BCR.
every time i reload the weapon, it does the default reload all five bullets.
i thought i installed it correctly.
EDIT!
nevermind i found my error. i forgot to download the winchester shotgun mod too.
