Biggest city in the Commonwealth lmao...few houses, few shops, 20 NPCs lol. There should be a lot more! And guards outside with proper defenses! I have a spawing mod running...when them Gunners come down to the city they mob them Diamond City guards all up. This is ridiculous.
This mod here could be the beginning of something like the Ultimate Whiterun mod from Skyrim! Will track this one immediately!
(How about building Diamond City on two or three levels? Use the tribunes of the stadium, there is so much room for stuff! )
Great retexture. I highly recommend that anyone not using reshades try the regular version first. The desaturated version certainly clears up some of the wash out of the vanilla Diamond City textures, but the overall effect is lost in the process. But that's just my preference.
Also for those wondering about performance, on my current rig: Res: 1920x1080 GPU: GTX 770 CPU: i5 4690
With video settings on Ultra/High and shadows on medium, I was able to keep a near constant 60 fps inside the city. Occasionally I experienced a 1-2 fps loss while walking around, the worst of it being a slight dip to 55 fps while sprinting around the edge of the city. This was tested in unison with 2 enhanced lighting mods, and several landscape retextures, which obviously contributed to the overall performance inside the city. Hopefully this offers some frame of reference for those wondering what sort of performance hit, if at all, they'd take while using the retexture.

As per the request of some people who are using ENB's, or prefer a less saturated look.
it would be nice to see it expending , that town need to get bigger , there is lots of room in that stadium that is just wasted by s#*!

I really do like it. It adds vibrancy and colour to Diamond City. Really feels warmer! Good job!
Also for anyone wondering, I didn't notice any peformance decreases with this mod!
I have added your video to the description page.
There will likely be some further tweaks in the future yes.
