Yes, but it comes with some drawbacks. There will be some performance loss in rural areas like near Goodneighbor and similar. And some things like hedges, the buildings at sanctuary and other stuff will lead to visual glitches when being removed. The mod Spring Cleaning has the same issues due to using that ini setting.
This will also cause issues with placing some items while in build mode. Not at vault 111 necessarily, but at other locations. such as red rocket and at starlight, that I have experienced so far. I like the idea of being able to disable/delete a lot of clutter, but then I can't place items on top of existing structures/objects (acts as if there is no collision model) in those two locations. Adding that line also cause many trees to suddenly appear throughout the game. You'll have to go through your settlements and clean them up.
Edit: Also, if you have to revert back to removing that line, everything that you disabled/marked for delete will return.
Thanks for the info! Without this line you can't remove only a few containers, some barrels, crane, car, trailer and several fences. Given the problems that arise, it's not worth it, imho.
some of my power armor went missing.. was working fine.. then loaded in and was missing legs and other parts. some parts were converted to the MK.1 and so forth. and paint was removed.. i had to use the console command too get the well rested perk too.
That power armor bug is old, and is caused by leaving your armor in an edited cell such as this one. The fix is to buy a frame, console spawn a frame, or leave it outside of the cell

Unfortunately no for now. If I do that, the mod will be incompatible with a large number of mods (...maybe ...in the future). Maybe later I'll find a solution, when I'll deal with a huge amount of work in RL.
UPD: Even the settlers spawned with the console(player.placeatme 00020593) don't want to settle.(
(i am really happy to see more russian coming there :p not offence but i have seen some russion mod author staying on russion web site and so impossible to understand enought the mod, for skyrim or FNV , really enjoy to see some of you coming there, the russian moding community have so many new idea and talent , THanks !)
I'm having a problem getting this mod to work. I have found the crafting bench near the Vault's entrance, but whenever I click on it, I get a "denied" sound effect with no text pop-up. This may be because I have Configurable New Dialog installed as well, since I've noticed some messages have stopped appearing with it, but I'm having a problem determining why I can't craft.
Does this sound like anything you've heard before?
I try to find what the problem is. For two of my characters all is normal, and the third the exact same problem that you have. Try to wait a few hours and get around the territory again. The area is very big! If nothing happens, play a little bit and come back later. Maybe the problem will disappear. And I will continue to seek a solution.

I will continue to work on the mod and maybe make the communication between settlements, add NPCs and so on. In general, if you do not like it, pass by, great-modder-giving-very-valuable-tips!

So adding ' bUseCombinedObjects=0 ' to the Fallout4.ini will allow us to ' disable ' all these type objects with the console?

It worked after I did that.

Poluchatsa ne poselenie, a prosto verstak. Privasat settlera nelza, svazi s drugimi poseleniamy sdelat nelza. Granitsy poselenia net.
Ne pozorsa sotri eto govno. Sushestvuet mod, pozvolaushiy stavit verstak v lubom meste.
