Main
Inspired from the original Tesla Rifle, this weapon takes the style one step up and grants a much better look.
A simple weapon design created using "Creation Kit","OutfitStudio" and "NifSkope".
This is also a standalone mod which has nothing to do with original Tesla Rifle and replaces/adjusts nothing alike.
Tesla Rifle Ultimate cannot be gathered anyway except console commands.
Try typing help tesla 4 weap on your console.
Weapon Specifications
PROS:
- Uses no type of ammo; according to lore it procures power from solar energy.
- Has 70% increased chain range. Highly likely to hit a chain to another target.
- Causes devastating chain lightning damage up to 3 targets. Plus, on-going shock damage for 7 seconds.
- Slows targets by 7% during the shock damage for 7 seconds.
- Frenzies targets for 7 seconds who are in water.
- Has a change to disarm weak targets by 35%.
- Staggers targets mildly for 1 second.
- Knocks weak targets down that are closer to shooter than 1 meter.
- Has its own thunderous electrical sound FX other than the stupid original one.
- Has a different lightning strike FX compared to original Tesla Rifle.
- Has new shock damage visual and sound FX. More sparks, less smoke. You can also hear shocked targets shizzle.
CONS:
- Cannot be modded. Has only one type of firing style.
- Has 1.6 second cooldown between shots, which makes it a slow weapon.
- Lightning chains can damage "neutrals" and "friends" too. (But not allies or companions.)
- Cannot be used in V.A.T.S. mode.
- Having a short range, "Tesla Rifle Ultimate" is a close quarters combat weapon.
- Cannot harm targets for on-going shock damage who have electrical damage resistance.
(But targets will still suffer from devastating lightning strike.)

Weapon textures originally created by Hematic which took place in Better Coursers Pack V2.
I just created proper working glow map textures and material (.BGSM) files.
So at least the half of the credits of this weapon goes for him.

-Can now knock targets down that are closer to shooter than 1 meter.
