Ever feel like your character is a bit bland? Wonder why you can tattoo your face and not your body?
I have a solution!

Skulls And Flower Tattoos, Or S.A.F.T., Adds several tattoos to humans in the wasteland. 

There is a normal female version, which is a female skin for all "Base" human females (Player, Settles, Traders, ect.) and a Player only version which is meant to be used with d_rail1602's Unique Player.

-Added a male version, which includes both the "base" males and player only version. See screenshot. (which is also meant to be used with d_rail1602's Unique Player.)

-Added a version which is the base tattoos, with an added lotus sleeve and camo underwear. See screenshots. (Requested by deltacypher)

Did NOT include d_rail1602's Unique Player, as it is optional to have a player only version.
Included Astralify's Sexy Female Underwear Black edition, because tattoos and sexy underwear go hand in hand!
