Hi, I'm testing your .ini command lines to see if fits what I was looking for to resolve the issue when playing Busy Settlers animations. The camera distance in 3rd person couldn't expand too far which always forced me to use 'tfc' parameter in the console. Upsatting to me because some animations are desirable to be played when I save and quit the game so I could load back on the last pose.

Anyhow I'm going test but if I need to expand more the distance of the camera in 3rd person, which command line should I change the value? By the way thank you for sharing info without the need of download another modification in order to work.

So, I'm not a coder myself, just a regular, everyday normal motha****. I discovered a bug? Maybe? Don't even know if I can even call it that, so, just edited Custom as told. Really, really nice 3rd view and the zoom is perfect. It just happens that when you repeatedly click aim (Right mouse button for me), like when you have multiple enemies and to get a little more of your surroundings, while still shooting whoever is next, and don't use Vats oc, (you go aim, shoot, aim, shoot), it resets the 3rd view distance from the shoulder, so you have to wait the zoom animation to end before aiming again, otherwise it resets that. It's not really something that would ruin gameplay or anything, really, I just thought you should know. I'm really happy with it, though, everyone should try it!

Hello! Thanks for letting me and everyone else know about that bug, I have found a few myself as well (they weren't really unknown as far as custom camera mods go), you should delete the lines in your fallout4custom when you're looking to cut your hair at the barber or change your character at the surgeon, as the camera will show the back of your character's head with this mod. As far as I know, there was a mod that fixed this issue with custom cameras but it is now outdated, and since then nobody else came forward with a new mod.
Anyway, thanks again for trying it out and providing good information!

Love this camera look! Could you maybe make a profile for Qudix's Custom Camera mod?

      Hey, glad you liked it!
As far as the "Custom Camera mod" goes, I don't see the point as that won't add anything to this mod, and it seems to have quite a few bugs.

Pick the "direct3d 10/11/12" option, then as far as the check list goes, make sure you have the two top options checked ""Standard effects" and "SweetFX by CeeJay.dk", that's all. Also make sure you're choosing your F4SE.exe not your fallout 4, unless you're not using script extender, of course.

yep I chose f4se.exe and checked the standard effects and sweet fx by Ceejay.dk, however I made a mistake by choosing direct3d 9 (or whatever its called) so that was my bad.

however at some point in the installation I also get a bunch more check list that im not sure what to do it, theres a LOT of check list that im not sure if I should leave alone or uncheck some or all of them

Okay I figured out what you mean, the other check lists are for each effect on the "sweet FX" and "standard effects", you can check them all and proceed, even though they're not going to be used by my configuration, I recommend that you install them anyhow, as they don't take any large space on your disk and you might want to play with those effects yourself. Hope you get it working now!
