Hello! This isn't working for me-- I installed all the requirements [ besides the trailer park mod as it's deleted] and uploaded the BP, it appears and I click it but it doesn't change anything- it only makes the land flat. It doesn't have the beach sand or anything in the photos.

Yey, what a nice picture... But you didn't do the job with the map. I'm saying that you just pushed it visually, but collisions... my dog keeps falling every 5 sec :D Just saying, that you have to say that it's done "so so". And if you need to uninstall it... It will take some time.

     ?

Installed req mods and the main mod. Spectacle Island still looks the same. Checked for other mods that change Spectacle Island and made sure they were off. Any ideas, please?

I have been looking for something like this for a while, so hopefully, I can get it working. :-)

So it is a Transfer Settlement that has to be imported?

Tried that as a manual and still same Spectacle Island. As a Transfer Settlement, how is it changing the Island to flat? I thought Transfer Settlements was mainly to save and load blueprints? Figured it out, still has some issues with something but will figure it out.

Looks nice and I was just about to download this mod until I noticed your requirements for it to work. For example, Creation club kit, high resolution and 90% of the nexus requirements excluding ACKR (base mod). Are these honestly necessary to use your mod?

Another question. I do not currently have the CK installed. Also I've not used the creation kit since Morrowind in the early 2000's but I am sure mod development should relatively be the same. Was there any objects/items/navmeshes/mirelurks spawns/etc removed, not disabled, which could cause a CTD? Say in the case of the spawning script that forces all other mirelurks to surface and move inland? (Based on your images, I assume this is why you left the hill's height with the radio signal alone). The reason why I ask this is because I am evaluating just making my own version of a flat spectacle island if indeed your mod requirements are necessary and I am required to download the Creation Kit and other non-wanted mod esp files.

Thanks for a reply in advance

I use Vortex so I'm not familiar with NMM but that are similar i suppose try manual or load the second file as well its the plug in from Creation Kit where I flattened the landscape. If that doesn't work try activating your Transfer Settlement mod by placing a couple of items in a settlement then exporting it to your pip boy. I had to do this once before. It seems to activate it.

If that last pic isn't part of the download, why include it?

Its a finished version of this mod I wrote in the description that if I had enough request I would load it. Most of the time people complain about heavy mods with lots of downloads so this time if I get enough request I will put it on nexus. Tired of getting snide remarks about too many mods to load. Thanks for your question.

Most of the blueprints do have a staggeringly long required mods list, it's rare to see one with a short one. With an island like that though, a few bungalows, and beach stuff would be plenty.

My first thought when seeing that last screenshot w/ "Not part of this download" was that it could also say "Serving Suggestion". ;)

You got a point so how would you like your settlement arranged wow so were getting to personal builds for a single player not a bad idea. $100.00 for personal Castle build any takers LOL kidding I wouldn't attempt it.

I agree and attempted that, but in the end I went overboard adding 20 items from 20 different mods and there you go. I wanted everyone to use this as their own build and create something for themselves. Thanks for your reply

The island itself looks like a nice lagoon in the Pacific, that's why I said a few of those bungaloos, and a couple of beach towels umbrellas and the like would be enough.
