   I remember that I installed the files for the RU556 - Assault rifle and then I installed the RU556 3.0 New Animations expansion, but why when I check in the lich mods page does this page pop up for me? WTF

   Shame that someone put a picatinny rail on something so classic as a KAR-98K. Breaks the heart. Those original sights were a thing of beauty by comparison.

   This seems to be a reupload of a previous PUBG Kar98k that was removed for illegal porting, It uses the FX01 Mosin Nagant animations and is slightly too big for an actual Kar98k. Model is quite decent, certainly better than the old Covadonga Mauser Family. If you really want this mod, download it now, tomorrow it will be gone.

      You can craft it at the Chem Station for 1 steel; haven't found it at vendors yet, but I started a fresh game, so it might be available there, too.
      
      Edit: Also found it at the Root Cellar in Sanctuary.
