A touch confused by the WSFW layouts. I fired off the two items in Sanctuary but most of the walls, floors, etc, did not build. I'm not using the city plans, so I don't need SS . . . is that right?

  The WSFW layouts actually also require Sim Settlements 1, since they were built using Project Blueprint items. I have updated the description.

  No, no scrap mods were used for these builds. Precombines and previs are all untouched vanilla.
