Is there any way for Depravity or this patch to make the affected generic dialogues from Security/Residents in Diamond City silent? Because as soon as I disabled this patch, the voices came back.
I do have my load order as ---> Depravity ---> Player Comments ----> this patch
It is a while since it has been updated, so maybe it does not work well with newest version? You can load both and auto-check for conflicts by right-clicking, and then just drag/drop whatever needs fixing. If you fix it, you welcome to send it to me :-)
I believe Ellen would work fine with no patch, she uses vanilla follower framework.
When I used Heather, she only replied with "hmm" whenever my char made remarks, since she uses custom follower framework. But that is something not possible for me to fix, I am no script wizard.
I looked over the 5.3 Ivy Patch on here, and it seems to be compatible with 6.0 also. Please try it out and report back. I cannot do player responses and such of course, just conflict resolution
So far it appears to be working but I have noticed a few times where I knew Ivy had dialog and it wouldn't trigger until after I talked to her directly. This makes me think that small talk that happens from player comments might delay her dialog somehow.
Not sure what issues to expect to be honest, but if PlayerComments are loaded last it does override several conditions thay may or may not be important, and if Depravity is loaded last you miss plenty of player comments in Diamond City.
I'm always thoroughly amazed when I see someone doesn't know how to configure my mod correctly. You do know you can configure this mod with MCM don't you? Saying Player Comments is not important just absolutely astounds me and could make me block you from any further updates to the mod!

I might see if it is easy to update my previous patch or not, can't tell yet.
