this probably isnt the mod im looking for. does anyone know of a mod that stops the randomization of armor peices? as in each npc using armor will havea full set, instead of one light leg armor and one heavy arm armor peice.
A - Give the mod a high priority so nothing overwrites it
B - Place it at the bottom of your loadorder
If you have been messing around and not getting it to work:
1. Equip tool > select NPC > open NPC container and take all the Outfit items you gave them
2. Remove NPC from manager > Confirm
3. Reselect NPC
4. Manage Outfit > Default > Slot 1 4a. Move outfit items to NPC (No more then 8 items) 4b. Make sure you then equip each item by selecting it and pressing T
5. Close manager
6. Reselect NPC
7. Manage Outfit > Settlement > Slot 1
Repeat steps 4a and 4b for every other outfit you want to give them. etc. etc.
8. Select NPC again and now choose > Enable Outfit management
Dont give them weapons through the outfit manager, use the vanilla "trade" option and again make sure you select the weapon and equip it using T.
I would skip Swimwear since it triggers when they walk through puddles.
Feature Requests... 1. Make Tool un-scrappable... if possible, I accidentally scrapped mine, and had to use Console Commands to get it back. 2. Make Tool Constructible... I couldn't find the Crafting Recipe in the Chem Bench, if it's there...

Hi, this seems like a really interesting mod. I just want to double check whether or not it works for settlers, or if it's limited to companions and other named NPCs.
Hi, I have given the mod some improvements. Now you can see in the menu if outfit is enabled or not. This was always very annoying, because you had to click enable/disable button to see if it is managed or not.
Then I added a display that shows which slots are occupied or not. Until now you had to blindly select or delete slots. Now you can see immediately which slots are free.
I also made the mod 'Gas Mask of the Wasteland' compatible, which it wasn't before. (Container problems)
I would also publish the patch. I wanted to write to the author and ask for permission. But now I saw this thing with NexusModsCareTaker. And what should I do now?
I would love to try out a improvement of this. It should be fine if you update the esp, give credits and put this as a requirement for the rest of the files.
Not sure whats going on. but now every weapon I have lets me manage outfits of literally every npc. also this does seem to bug out after you add a few outfits and it wont equip everything or it gets dumped into a different container. idk. probably needs to be redone since its kind of old. to clarify I have not crafted the item, and I can have say some rifle equipped and that works to manage outfits. which is problematic when I am trying to shoot at things in 3rd person and my reticle disappears and it asks me to manage the outfit y/n
