Im sorry if this is a silly question, but how do we "install" these? I imagine it has something to do with the saves folder, but do all files get savedin the same folder or?

what settlements and prebuilds are done ? what city designs and what's the starting city level ? i like the fact more people are doing this saves time and energy when running conquers. no worries if you don't remember any of this or if its just the random plans that conquer does if you don't pick your own.
Hey, the save was created using the default options with only RotC city plans enabled. I'm currently creating another one with all cities at level 3 and Pre-Conquered Cities (default factions) and one with some factions enabled.
cool thanks that's kind of what I figured minus the rotc plans. normally i just let it do its thing. level 3 gonna be tough i tried that once i had crashers in several areas around the map from my pc trying to load in all the extra stuff. starting conquer is always the toughest for me cause it takes a while even with SSD. will come back and try your save next playthrough after i finish skyrim again.
I noticed some FPS dips as well around the level 3 cities, though nothing too serious - no CTDs :)

Not sure if turning down the performance settings helps, but it will remove some of the objects even if they were activated when the cities were generated.
