   this makes a surprisingly big difference, even for the cleaner characters. huh. all the dirt really does muddy their designs a bit, they look much more distinct and vibrant without it.

      Yeah you actually can notice facial features rather than just smudges everywhere. The blonde caravan hand with the ponytail especially really looked so different.

      Are they smudgy there too? I actually don't remember. Next time I'm up that way I'll check that out.

      Yes, everything is dirty there. Especially the settlers. There the contrast is still higher than in the main game, it's not clear why.

   I never understood why settlers and city dwellers were filthy. I mean, there is clean water and you can even find soap. sheesh
