I visit Bunker Hill often to do trading, especially when I avoid settlement building. Seeing these constant filthy faces, particularly when they have a water pump nearby, finally prompted me to do something about it. The NPC's modified at Bunker Hill include Deb, Kay, Kessler, Joe and Tony Savoldi (changed Joe's awful comb-over hairstyle and reduced both of their underbites), and the workers. Stockton was the only clean face there so left him alone. The traveling caravans cleaned up include Carla, Lucas (also replaced comb-over), Cricket (removed the awful pink smeared under her eyes), and their caravan hands. Doc Weathers was clean so did not modify him. Also cleaned up Trudy at Drumlin Diner.
Facial imperfections and discolorations were for the most part left as is. I really just wanted to wash off the dirt.
If you already have an NPC overhaul modifying any of the above that you wish to keep using, load it after this.
