Hi this feels really dumb, but is f4se an actual requirement for this to run? Neither this nor RobCo Patcher actually have f4se as an off-site requirement or otherwise, and from my understanding, this is a library that mods can pull data from, regardless of whether or not they actually require f4se themselves?
Sorry, just don't see a clear-cut "This does nothing without F4SE" anywhere, and with the new update out, I'm trying to figure out what is and isn't F4SE dependent.
You should have F4SE anyway. Running the game through F4SE makes the new update useless. if you updated Fo4 today then you're pretty boned if mods broke from it. SE is usually required to run most things worth downloading

AddressLibrary isn't -- but to my knowledge it's only _used_ by other F4SE plugins.
Getting any _benefit_ out of either requires F4SE (if I understand the underpinnings of both correctly).
Also, I'll bet AddressLibrary gets an update once F4SE is sorted (because that's when the proof-of-the-pudding aka real world testing will happen), so no point in jumping the gun.
Also also ... the "Requirements" aka dependencies you see on the Description page are edited manually by the mod authors. They're not always 101% accurate.

tried everything reinstalling checking directories
F4se issue but the doll logo wont show up
