How did you get the permits? It is simpler than it seems, I am an artist of color. All the authors that I mention, I do not know them intimately but I am within their circle, which makes it easier for me to obtain permissions.
What allows you to do the granted permissions? Modify, adapt and publish the art as long as I color them by myself. Although in some cases there is already a color version, I get the conceptual sketch and color it the same or sometimes better.
I can't find the artists you mention, how do I find them? I can only provide their names or nicknames, the search is entirely yours.
Great, I found the artist, but I can't find the image you use. Where is it? Some images are exclusive and you cannot find them, others are in private galleries. I'm sorry for that.
Internet is small for me, I found the image but it is not the same. Did you modify it? That's right, as I said before I color them by myself, it is properly a color imitation of the original art with some changes, apart from some they needed editing to be more immersive, others are renders and I added backgrounds.
Some images are identical, explanation? Simple. The artist did not condition me to use it and allows me to use it in an original way. Others are more demanding and only provide me the sketch for me to color.
Wait a minute, authors are missing, why don't you mention them? Some are not mentioned at the request of themselves. They were clear when mentioning that they do not want to promote their work through this medium.
Can I use the images for other mods? If you want to create armor, weapons or presets, go ahead. If you mean using the images, you must request the permissions yourself.
Guys, I'm back. I apologize for the absence, I suffer from chronic anemia and as the icing on the cake, I fell ill with coronavirus. I was on the verge of death T_T. But I already feel better, in a few days when I fully recover I will continue with the project.

Thanks, It's good to have a magazine retexture that isn't either just a HD version of vanilla or outright smut. I have a couple of questiosn though: why does a texture replacer need an esp, and why is there not a loose files option? Will it mess with whatever the esp is doing if I unpack the BSA so that it can overwrite the gapfiller retextures instead of the otherway around?
Even stranger, I open up the ESP in FO4Edit, and its just a file header with the author and version info. As best as I can see (and to be fair, I'm not a mod maker, so maybe I'm missing something) its an esp which does nothing for a mod type that shouldn't need one. Good (great, in fact) textures, but strange mod.
The way I understand it, is that BA 2 is just more effective to load things. And they might have needed to do that because of the Fomod, which gives you all the options when you install it. I think thats also what the ESP is for?
@RaerRabbit: Agreed on preferring the more suggestive covers over the myriad of explicit magazine mods. Artistically speaking, some of the more explicit replacers look exceptionally good, with the caveat that they just show far too much, leaving pretty much nothing to the imagination. Nothing against the more explicit mods if that's your bag. As I said, some are really well done, just not for me.

IIRC, BSA packing works by packing meshes, textures, and other loose files into a main BS2 file and a BS2 texture file. It should be safe to unpack the BSA without messing up the esp. Also, the esp is already esl flagged so it shouldn't be much of a concern.
Anyways, am asking why the textures on my comics were 240ish in quality. It wasn't the same as the images provided. Don't have any other mod to change the comics other than this and the one you provided in your comment Magazine Mesh Cleanup
