   Regarding Video showcase, I'm afraid to say that I can't post one because the laptop I use can't handle running a screen recorder and Fallout 4 at the same time. But if you're willing, you can help out by posting a video showcase of the mod and I will put it in the Description page.

      I know there's one that makes the time stop sound effect, but I can't find a mod that has both the sound effect and Dio yelling Za Warudo.

      Its the Stand (basically the power) of the main antagonist of JoJo part 5. (a manga and an anime) The author of JoJo names all his characters and their powers after classic rock and pop artists and music bands from the 70s,80s and 90s.

   Would it be possible to make the ground change textures like in actual JoJo? It would be sick to get a mod where you can move in VATS or something and literally be Diavolo lol

      you can sort of move in VATS in VR but it drains AP very quickly, or you could use VAFS mod, it still uses the same VATS sounds so could work with this, but it slows time less, lets you move around and shoot manually.

       I would love to post a video demo but my laptop can't handle using a screen recorder while running Fallout 4; I tried and just got a maximum of 10fps.
