Hey, I apologize for the long delay, the last few months have been hell for me. (Pro tip: if you're going to double major in college, make sure you schedule things so your theses aren't due in the same semester.) I still haven't made the fix, so instead, I thought I might walk you through how to make a workaround for yourself! Boot up FO4Edit, just select New Calibers, and load. Go to the Object Modification tab, and find "modcol_9Pistol_Ammo_All". Click on that. On the right hand side of the screen, you should now see details for that file. Under Data, go to Includes, right click, and click Add. Go to your new entry (should be "Include #9", I think) and under "mod" type mod_10mm_Ammo_10mm and select the autocompleted entry. Set the minimum level to something low, like 4, change "Don't Use All" to True (like the rest of the Include entries already present), save the file, and you're done. Congrats! Now you can natively change any pistol using the New Calibers 9mm keyword to 10mm ammo! (Honestly, considering there's options in the base mod to change 9mm to .45 and .40 S&W - which is basically the same as 10mm - I'm a little surprised this isn't standard in New Calibers anyways, but hey, now you've got that functionality.) Anyways, I hope this helps, and I apologize again for the delay on this.
