I like the radius aggression system but i don't like how it changes the name of Raiders, would it be possible to make like, an optional file that includes only the non-aggression and keeps everything else the same?
Since this mod changes their names, this could cause issues with other Raider mods. However, these issues can be fixed very easily. First, install this mod. After you've installed this mod, open xEdit and load all plugins. Now, add this mod as a master to any Raider mods your using and add in the data this mod uses to make Raiders friendly. Most likely, what this mod does is add "crimefaction" to Raiders to make them friendly. For those who don't know, adding "crimefaction" to any hostile faction will make them friendly. There's another mod that does something similar to Gunners.
So, what your going to do here is add "crimefaction" to raiders. If you have to, just create a new faction inside xEdit and add that into your Raider mod. This is exactly what you would do to make "Friendly Gunners" compatible with any other Gunner mod your using.
I love this mod, just one issue, when using raider armor mods through level lists, most raiders wont use them, because these NPC with this mod now use "wasteladers" outfit level lists. If you use any mods likes Grase Garbs, Desert Punks or Boston Bandits, you should change these LL.
I like the idea of this mod. Get so tired of the mad-dog Raiders,like dumb dogs who chase cars,only,the 'car' is my powered armor I wear as I walk by. Ridiculous! I mean,I get the idea of survivalists in the post-apocalypse. Not a one of them ever just asks for a light for their cigarette or something. Always 'Oh,your dead!',and then,well,they're dead. *sigh* Nice mod.
I tried to do something similar a long time ago, because I liked how Frost does it. the issue seemed for me that companions will attack on sight. Is that still an issue here?
I have been waiting so long for this mod. Those are people living out there in the waste! Why should my character, who never even picked up a gun before leaving the cryochamber, only have the option to fight? Like, it's just on sight??? It doesn't make any sense to me that the only choice to deal with people should be violence. Sure, there's no mod that lets you just trade goods with some raiders or give them a new life in your settlement if they want it, but this is the next best thing.
such a cool concept. does this change all raiders into wastelanders? i feel like watelanders as a new class that replaces some of the raiders in the world would make a lot of sense while keeping the balance that some people are fr batshit and murder crazy. great mod overall but if it changes all raiders i probably wont use it :( really nice job though
