https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8303/ Is what you need for that audio. .xwm format for the things and it'll play on yer radio station. It trims off a trifle in file size, too! (every little bit helps)
I use LazyAudio ( https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71749 ) and Yakitori Audio Converter ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9322/ )for the conversion to XWM, but there is a file length issue. For the videos this isn't too much of an issue because of the actual maximum length individual tapes can be, but when you're converting long files you'll end up with encoder borking (it's a known limitation). I can get it to work with files in excess of an hour, but I then have to lower the sampling frequency and bitrate*. Even with mixes my son and I have done (yeah we can DJ too) that are recorded as WAV and converted to XWM you can really notice it. It's listenable unless you're some sort of purist, although there is a massive BUT...
The audio I'll be using is from magnetic tape. The media hasn't aged well, and in some cases I'm working with rips of a 7th or 8th generation copy (my mates and I used to buy mix tapes and we'd all copy them from one another). The end result is dropping the quality even further and in some cases it really doesn't work and any bass and depth is completely stripped out (although it does make pretty lights with my Corsair gear). For this reason I have to get busy with cutting the audio into segments it will handle that have higher fidelity, because yeah it's nice getting audio down to a 1/14 the size, but there's the quality issue.
Then there's my inability to handle repetitive tasks. Most of my problems with the videos is the fact that I can't do it and my brain switches off. For videos it's not too bad as I've managed to get a system in place that minimises the amount of work I need to do (praise be to the Flying Spaghetti Monster for HxD and Notepad++), but it doesn't work for radio stations which is a real b!+ch when there's currently in excess 150 tracks and the number is rising, because I'm dropping complete mixes. At this point I'd usually use small children as slave labour (payment is a glass of stagnated water with added Naegleria Fowleri**, a mouldy chunk of bread and some gruel) to put the tracks in, but apparently there's laws against that and you're not allowed to whip them if they start slacking, so I usually get my son to do it because he gets a weird sort of zen (he did the track import for Commonwealth Sci FI Radio and gets a mention). The problem is he's easily distracted by college and his girlfriend, so it's basically waiting for him to say he's got an evening free to do it for me.
All the tracks are converted anyway so it shouldn't be that much longer.
* - For anyone interested, to get up to an hour encoded set the following values... Sampling frequency: 22.05kHz Channel: 1 (Mono) Bitrate: 20kbps. Your mileage may vary.
** - It's perfectly safe as long as they don't stick it up their nose or burp or something. Probably.
It depends on what class the laser is. A class 1 and class 2 laser shouldn't cause much of a problem unless you shine it into your eyes intentionally. For a class 3 you should avoid direct eye exposure. A class 4 can injure you physically, and there's actually a games console that uses class 4 lasers, but can also be (mis)used to etch patterns onto metal.
Back in the days when there was no internet to be able to release patches to fix broken buggy as **** games, so games were pretty much bug free. Those were the days.
Speaking of which, I recently started to recreate the characters from The Chaos Engine for my playable characters in Fallout. :)
Trying to go as vanilla as possible in terms of outfits so it'll likely be just LooksMenu presets, until I figure out their outfits. The Brigand, the Thug, the Navvie and the Gentleman should be relatively simple to recreate with vanilla outfits. For the Mercenary a completely different look from his Chaos Engine look would work best IMO, such as a mix of civilian and Gunner attire or Operators attire. As for the Preacher...
'The Preacher' was renamed to 'The Scientist' for the North American release of the game - this will define what outfit I give to that character (actually the game itself was also renamed for the North American release)

@KunninPlanz: Are you planning on releasing that, because I waster a fair few hours on Chaos Engine 1 & 2 on the Amiga.
